I wrote my magazine on Alex Molyneaux who is a Senior at  Sarasota High School and he plays basketball. I chose to write about this because I use to play basketball and it is the most interesting thing to do and something I spend my free time doing so it was the first thing that I thought of doing when I had to come up with an idea on a magazine idea.

 These are the best photos and the ones that I will be using on the magazine because they are the clearest ones and give the best presence of the reality of the sport of basketball.

I will take pictures of Alex Molyneaux who is the person that I interviewed. I decided to go to one of his games to interview him before the game and take pictures of him before the game. I also took pictures of him while he was playing with my iPhone. It is difficult to get these pictures of him playing because as a "fan" at a game I am not allowed to stand on the courts near the sideline so it is difficult getting up close pictures of him playing.

I interviewed Alex Molyneaux who is a senior on the Sarasota High School varsity basketball team. Scheduling this interview was difficult because with his busy basketball schedule and my work schedule it was hard to find a time that worked for both of us. After we figured out a time, which ended up being before one of his basketball games, we sat down and I asked him a few questions. I will ask him: What is it like being one of the few seniors on the basketball team? How is the season going so far and how do you think the season will progress in the future? How many years have you been playing basketball and what made you fall in love with the game? What do you do on your free time aside from play basketball? These few questions will give my reader important insight on Alex himself and his life around him which is important for the reader to understand and to fit in Alex's shoes.

The other articles listed in my flat plan are all related to basketball. There is a mix between articles of local basketball from Sarasota and articles for professional basketball. There are also articles that are about the best high school players in the country. This will engage my audience because they will be reading about different levels of basketball throughout the world. My audience will be people that love the game of basketball so the different mix of articles will keep them tied into the magazine and keep them very interested.

My table of contents was difficult to format. I already knew that the biggest picture and description was going to be based on my main article. I will most likely only end up using about 4 pictures just so my page doesn't get to crowded with pictures. I am going to use the pictures that stand out to me the most and the ones that look the best. I will also decide what pictures I will use based on which pictures go well with the genre of my magazine. The fonts I chose are the ones used on my cover page because these fonts stand out to me and remind me of basketball in some way.

I use to play basketball so coming up with a title for my magazine was not that difficult. All I did was think about basketball terms incorporate them into my title which is where I got the title "Hoopers". All-star just refers to the best of that sport which is why I chose All-Star Hoopers. When choosing the fonts that I used I just looked at which ones stood out the most to me and which ones looked "sporty".

Cover Layout:  The background is faded with fans watching golf on a green golf course. Most of the colors used on the cover are green, red and blue. There are multiple different fonts and text sizes used on the cover. Articles Included:  Majority of the articles are based around golf and they appear every 2-3 pages. Advertisements:  There are ads of furniture, property and golf equipment based in Sarasota and they all are focused on the elderly in Sarasota which makes up a lot of the population. Table of Contents/Article Pictures:  All of the pictures used are either about golf. For example action shots of people golfing or pictures of the golf course but there are also pictures of furniture and homes for sale.
